Since its establishment in 1743, Moët & Chandon has passed on unparalleled winemaking skills and innovative pioneering entrepreneurial spirit from generation to generation. The founder, Claude Moët, has incorporated a commendable entrepreneurial spirit into his own champagne wine, and successfully created classic wines that are cramming throughout Europe. His grandchildren, Jean Remy, expanded their horizons overseas, allowing the family to produce high-quality champagne that rushed out of France and into the world. The winemaker quickly developed the family winery into a successful company with global attention. The 1190 hectares of fertile limestone soil form the largest plantation in the Champagne region, 50% of which are classified as premium vineyards and 25% are first-grade vineyards. The Moët & Chandon underground cellar is the largest cellar in the area. The wine cellar with a total length of more than 28 kilometers is like a magical underground maze. The right humidity and temperature provide an excellent environment for the wine making process.

Moët Impérial Brut is the flagship product of Moët & Champagne, and it is the most representative and most successful item to be promoted to the world. It fully presents the diversity represented by the three Champagne grape varieties, showing the richness unique to high-quality vineyards in the Champagne region. The most characteristic feature of Moët Impérial Brut is its lively and vivid fruity fragrance, which is quite elegant and delicate in its taste buds. Moët Impérial Brut is a harmonious blend of three Champagne grapes (30% to 40% Pinot Noir grapes, 30% to 40% Pinomani red grapes, and 20% to 30% Chardonnay white grapes). Winemakers do not hesitate to use precious wines to maintain the quality of champagne (the usage varies from 20% to 30%). The aroma is very lively, white fruity (apple, pear, white peach), citrus fruity (lemon), light floral (lemon blossom) and elegant cream biscuits and fresh nuts. Rich and smooth taste, round and detailed, and finally with a fresh and refreshing feeling, to achieve the perfect balance of champagne!
