Wolf Blass Wines (禾富巴斯酒莊) is a well-known South Australian winery based in Nuriootpa, South Australia within the Barossa Valley wine region and rated as a James Halliday Red 5 Stars Winery (澳洲紅五星酒莊), Australian Wine Companion every year, under the leadership of chief winemaker Chris Hatcher. Wolf Blass Wines was established in 1966 by Mr. Wolfgang Blass, a German immigrant with a diploma in winemaking. And now, Wolf Blass Wines is a brand under Treasury Wine Estates (TWE 富邑集團). Its red & white wines are made at all price points, including Red Label, Yellow Label, Gold Label, Brown Label, Grey Label, Black Label and Platinum Label from South Australia top wine regions, Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Clare Valley, Coonawarra & Adelaide Hills. The winemakers select the finest grape varieties, such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon ,Frontignac, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, to make exceptional red and white wines with easy-drink style and vibrant flavour.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a star grape variety of Coonawarra, producing some of Australia's excellent 100% varietal red wines, different from Margaret River Cabernets of Western Australia due to the unique "Eucalyptus" notes and concentrated fruit flavours in medium-bodied with a supple palate and well-balanced tannins. It offers blackcurrant, cassis, redcurrant, blackberry and mulberry in young wines, which develop earthy, savoury, spicy and black olive characters with age. Cabernet Sauvignon has two major blend-mates in Australia: the Bordeaux group of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petiti Verdot, Malbec and Shiraz. Merlot, Shiraz, Malbec, Chardonnay and Riesling are the main varietals in the Limestone Coast. John Riddoch had done a huge contribution on Coonawarra's wine industry in 19th century and set up Wynns Coonawarra Estate. Balnaves, Katnook Estate, Lindemans, Majella, Parker Coonawarra Estate, Penfolds, Penley Estate, Petaluma, Yalumba and Zema Estate are the best producers in Coonawarra.
