In 2021, Macallan launches a new annual limited series [The Harmony Collection]. The concept comes from partnering with masters in various fields around the world to jointly pursue new discoveries in the journey to a sustainable future.

In 2023, The Macallan officially launches the third edition of "The Harmony Collection" series "Amber Meadow", inheriting the "concept of nature and sustainability" of the "The Harmony Collection" series, The Macallan joins hands with Stella and Mary McCartney The collaboration focuses on creating a better and sustainable future. From the flavor concept to the packaging design, "Amber Meadow" is inspired by the land and nature of Scotland, embarking on a new journey of flavor exploration.

The outer box of the "Amber Meadow" wine not only continues the series' mission to explore sustainable packaging, the material contains wheat straw recycled from the estate and can be 100% naturally decomposed. The packaging box also displays the Macallan Estate photographed by Mary McCartney. The scenery returns the packaging and design to nature; Macallan winemaker Steven Bremner also responds to Stella and Mary McCartney’s love for Scottish nature with the style of the wine, carefully setting the alcohol concentration of 44.2%, of which 0.2% represents Stella. and Mary McCartney's first collaboration.

Steven Bremner said: “The Harmony Collection ‘Amber Meadow’ has many places worthy of exploration by drinkers. Its 100% natural wine color is intertwined with sherry oak barrels and bourbon oak barrels, which brightens the Scottish summer sunset. The sky is reflected in the golden amber color of the wine, with the aroma of fresh citrus fruits and honeysuckle, accompanied by the aroma of vanilla and coconut.
