Description
Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a new wine. A sophisticated and vibrant homage to the Chardonnay grape. Vibrant and unique, it showcases the unique freshness of the Chardonnay grape, a variety that La Maison considers emblematic. For careful production, Master Hervé Deschamps, the seventh generation of the winery, personally selected an elegant floral Chardonnay from the best vineyards in the Champagne region and combined it with up to 15% of the reserve wine to keep the style consistent. Has been aged for 3 years.
"Blanc de Blancs" inherits the classic characteristics of Perrier-Jouët Champagne. The wine is lively and bright and preserves the essence of the best Chardonnay in the region. It is blended with 15% of the reserve wine and kept in the cellar for three years before being released to the market. It fully displays the charming aromas of lemon, green apple, citrus, white wildflowers, etc., with a delicate and elegant aftertaste.

This is the second Blanc de Blanc after Belle Epoque and is completely different from other Champagnes in the brand. The specially designed champagne bottle has a clear and bright body, and you can admire the exquisite pale golden champagne from the outside of the bottle. The light golden champagne is slightly green, exuding the fragrance of wildflowers and citrus in the forest. It is refreshing and light in the mouth. The brand mark on the bottle is embellished with an elegant gold tone, marking an unprecedented new wine-tasting experience.
