Description

Tasted frommagnum, the NV Brut (Gold) opens withlovely matured brioche, toast and ripe fruit flavors. Fresh, pure and eleganton the palate, with beautifully matured flavors and an elegant creaminess Idon't find in the other cuvées, the "Gold" is a blend of 40% PinotNoir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier as well as the vintages of 2009,2010 and 2012. The wine reveals good grip and mineral tension and drinks wellas an aperitif or with seafood and fish.

Thefirst release from Champagne Armand de Brignac, the Brut Gold remains the mosticonic cuvée in the range. Rich with the old-world tradition of champagneblending, it is a trio of vintages from some of the most lauded terroirs of theregion, resulting in a cuvée expressing vibrant and fresh fruit character witha soft texture.

Eachbottle of Armand de Brignac is coated in metal, finished with the hand applicationof French pewter labels and polished. Only 20 bottles can be completed perperson per hour in the winery, and as a result, no two bottles are the same.

A groupof just 18 highly skilled people touch a bottle of Champagne Armand de Brignac,from pressing the fruit, to the moment the bottles leave the cellars. Each stepof the process is led by the human touch, from handpicking the grapes topolishing each bottle and hand-applying French pewter labels. Without thepressures of volume, the team behind Champagne Armand de Brignac focuses oneach small detail, to ensure ultimate quality at every step.
