Grape varieties: 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc

Aging: 14 months old in French oak barrels

Tasting record: 

The color is dark purple. The scent is berry, blackcurrant, violet and floral. The entrance is round and comfortable. The wine has a rich body and prominent tannins. 

It shows the flavor of black berries from time to time. Whether it is barrel or fruity, it really makes the character of the wine wonderful, especially The caramel and blackberry flavor of the final rhyme in the mouth is really unforgettable.

Recommended drinking temperature: 18-20 degrees

Food pairing: Duck, veal, pork, lamb, cheese, potato and other dishes

Introduction: 

Chateau Haut-Bages Averous This was previously one of the assets purchased by Andre Cazes in Pauillac. It has been used as the second card of Chateau Lynch-Bages. Since 2008, the second card of Lynch Bages has been renamed "Echo de Lynch-Bages" . The "Echo" is even more profound, meaning that the second wine of the winery is the echo of the original wine. The produced Echo is cared for like a genuine brand, and has a very similar personality like his older brother. They are all round and juicy, but the second card does not need to be aged in the bottle for that long. Echo uses young vines. About 25-40% of the production, mostly showing soft tannins, light body and oaky notes.
