Owned by Bernard Magrez, Château La Tour Carnet 2011 is composed of 57% Merlot and 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged partly in new oak. Deep ruby color with aromas of blackberry, cedar, cocoa, and tobacco. The palate is rich and balanced, with firm structure and polished texture, reflecting the elegance and power of Haut-Médoc. Best enjoyed after one hour of decanting.
