Description

Château Lynch-Bages is a renowned fifth-growth estate in the Pauillac appellation, its history dating back to the 16th century, but it only gained international renown in the 18th century under the management of the Irish Lynch family. Since 1939, the Cazes family has managed the estate, transforming it into one of Bordeaux's most stable and sought-after brands. The 2023 vintage marks another milestone for the estate, fully utilizing the new gravity-flow cellars designed by architect Bélix. The estate is known for its poor, gravelly soils, which produce wines of exceptional richness and structural power. The 2023 vintage showcases classic Pauillac elegance, with a high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, perfectly embodying the estate's philosophy of combining traditional and modern precision techniques.
