Description
【Tasting Notes】
Color: Intense bright pink.
Nose: Aromas of strawberry and any citric tones.
Palate: Fresh and intense fruit. Lightly sweetness and very good acidity.

【Analysis】
Alcohol: 13 %vol. (+-0,5%v/v) 
Residual Sugar: 9.00-10.90 g/L 
Total Acidity: 5,50-6.50 g/L C4H6O6
PH: 3.10-3.30

【Vineyards, Vinifcation and Aging】
Yield: 15.500 – 16.000 kg/ha. 
Date of Harvest: Last week of March to frst week of April. 
Pre – Fermentation Maceration: The skin contact is kept to 9 - 10° during 3 
to 6 hours, depending on extracted color and aromatic components. 
Alcoholic Fermentation: The must is separated to the skin and the A.F. 
started when the selected yeast are added. The temperature of 
fermentation is 14ºC to 16ºC. 
Fermentation Time: 18 to 23 days.
Tartrate Stabilization: The wine was kept at –4ºC (24,8°F) for 5 days.

Rosé wines are known for their versatility and ability to pair with a wide 
variety of dishes. Their freshness and lightness make them ideal to 
accompany light meals, such as salads, seafood, sushi, soft cheeses and 
chicken dishes. They are also an excellent option to enjoy on a sunny 
summer afternoon.
