Description
The wine is made from the highest vineyard of Mt. Etna. The temperature there could fluctuate between 6 to 25 degrees between day and night time. As the vines respond to the stress there will be more complex elements to be developed in the grapes. This wine can truly demonstrate the characteristics of the volcanic soil of Etna! The expressive terroir in the wine are not designed to the faint hearted...

Tasting Notes: Surreal characters of smell reminiscent striking a flint stone to an iron pyrite ! The transparent texture in the mouth seems to elaborate the brambleberries, pomegranates and roasty chestnuts flavors to a pure metallic sheer of finish! The wine has the purity that fruthfully expresses 
the soil. 
Suggestion Pairing: Belon oysters! Roasted Chestnuts, Ginger Chicken etc.
