Description

The 2021 Origines Pinot Noir from Albert Bichot uses grapes grown on limestone-clay soils across Burgundy. Fermentation occurs mainly in stainless steel (80%) with 20% aged in oak for 10-12 months. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and rose petal with a hint of spice. Light and silky on the palate with fine tannins and balanced acidity, finishing fresh with subtle minerality. Serve at 14-16 °C; pairs well with duck, pork, mushroom pasta or semi-hard cheese.
