Founded in the late 1990s by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin, Lucien Le Moine is a renowned small Burgundy winemaker known for producing small, highly expressive wines. Montée de Tonnerre, one of Chablis's most prestigious Premier Cru vineyards, is located on the right bank of the Seine, adjacent to the Grand Cru vineyards. Its limestone and clay soils, combined with a cool climate, produce precise, mineral, and age-worthy wines. The 2022 vintage displays purity and elegance, with aromas of citrus and flowers and a distinct savory finish.
