Lucien Le Moine is one of Burgundy's most prestigious and rarest micro-producers, founded by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin. They produce only a very limited number of barrels each year, focusing on long lees aging and minimal intervention. This Bourgogne Rouge 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grapes from a prime Côte d’Or plot, crafted with the same meticulous techniques as Premier Cru and Grand Cru varieties, showcasing pure fruit flavors, a delicate structure, and typical Burgundy elegance.
