Description

The 2012 Cuvée Nicolas François is partly vinified in oak, blending approximately 60 % Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and 40 % Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs.

The wine presents a golden yellow hue with bright, patinated reflections. Its aromatic profile is deep and complex: orchard and stone fruits (apricot, mirabelle), roasted almond, citrus peel, evolving into honeyed biscuit, vanilla and mineral nuance.
On the palate it is ample and textured, with vivid acidity, firm structure and round elegance. The finish lingers with cigar box, spice (white pepper), and subtle salinity.
Serve at 11–12 °C.
